CRUCIATE RETAINING KNEE
The MULTIGEN PLUS CR Knee allows the surgeon to use either a mobile or a fixed bearing implant, with either cemented or cementless fixation, offering a true system solution for each individual patient.
The 6 femur and tibia sizes ensure excellent fit and bone coverage.
Through Lima’s innovation, the MULTIGEN PLUS CR Knee is also available in Biolox® delta ceramic for use with fixed or mobile bearing inserts for low wear clinical outcomes.

UC LINERS
The ultra congruent mobile liner is designed to be used with the MULTIGEN PLUS CR femoral component when performing a PCL sacrificing procedure.

POSTERIOR STABILISED KNEE
The MULTIGEN PLUS PS Knee design allows the surgeon to choose either a fixed or a mobile bearing option, in cemented or cementless designs, yet with the same internal femoral geometry as the MULTIGEN PLUS CR Knee.

The same instrumentation and surgical technique ensures consistency when moving from MULTIGEN PLUS CR Knee to MULTIGEN PLUS PS Knee, even intra-operatively, with minor additional bone cuts.
